Overcharging LTE wifi

Took out a LTE wifi contract on special. They told me I would be charged a little extra the first month (pro rata) I had no problem with that as it was like R100 extra. Now I receive a statement saying my next payment that is due is over R800? Where I’m supposed to pay R369 p/m???
