OVERCHARGING !!!

Telkom overcharged me in And tried to debit over R600 when my bill is only for R455 - I have been disputing my invoice since it was sent middle July and NO ONE contacts me back with a response as to what is happening... I reversed the debit order and EFT's them the R455 and AGAIN!! my statement shows i owe over R600 .... I PAID THE R658 as no one has contacted me back and I dont want the line suspended and I am now told that my account is in arrears by over R1300 !!!!! *** !!! its my last 5 months of my contract and my urge to CANCEL is through the damn roof.... You only call when its a new sale but never helo your existing clients!!!!!!!
