Overcharging and unfair locking of line.

Okay here is my story. Mid June 2020 I owed Telkom 1393 of which 784 was in arrears of my account and I paid 609 month end of June and I was left with 784 of arrears then my line was cut during the first week of July and I completely understood. Fast forward to the second week of June I owe telkom R785+R784 and when I asked consultant the reason behind the R785 she had no explanation. Telkom is overcharging me and I’ve a contract of only R270 but I always pay crazy Amounts. @Telkom please fix this or you can close my line forever and I’ll keep on paying R270 we agreed on up until my contract with you guys is done and I’ll never come back. You’re disgusting as hell.
