Overcharging and refuses to refund

I opened a case <br> ***5 on the 04th of Jan with Telkom call centre for a refund as they were overcharging and they admitted they will refund. Failure to refund or respond I reverse the debit order a payed what was due to Telkom and now Telkom has suspended my connection citing that i owe them and when i call they say they will come back to me, I'm still waiting since the 04th of Jan 2016
