Overcharging and horrible service

I regret the day i signed my first contract with telkom, I have been paying every month but m always owing them R200 it has even escalated to R750 from R300 a month, going to the branch is even more useless they cant help and i dont even know how many calls i have made even after paying them that amount m told m owing my lines are locked, i dont even receive any statements to show why m always owing them when m paying every month. Please open my lines m tired of calling your call centre wait for 30 minutes to be told nosense.
