Overcharging and breach of contract
<p>I have two contracts at Telkom currently. One for a tablet inclusive of 1gig data for R89 per month and one for a LTA mobile wifi router inclusive of 12gigs (10g nite and 2 g day) data at R99 per month. However over the past few months I have been overcharged on my invoices. My monthly premium should be R188 capped. Per my signed agreements my bill is limited to this amount and my usage is capped to this as well. In April I was overcharged by R500, May overcharged by R293.87, June overcharged by R113.28 and July overcharged by R500. This is a total overcharge of R1407.15. I do understand that Telkom has been having problems with its billing system constantly, however this is unacceptable and ******* and amounts to breach of contract. These amounts need to be refunded as soon as possible. I was considering taking another contract with Telkom, however this is putting Telkom in a bad light.</p> <p> </p>

Telkom is responsible to refund me this as I only use the data during night surfer times and therefore should not have been charged even if my spend was not set at zero, however it was set at zero. This problem only started once I complained that you have debited me for unauthorised contracts in the past. Your response is highly ********* and I will be reversing all Telkom debit orders until such time as Telkom has refunded me all the overcharged amounts. You have breached the contract and should be held liable.

I was also sent through my invoice for July at the beginning of July before I had even used the data and it had R500 extra usage charges on it. This is called ***** if you did not know!!!!!
