Overcharged with Telkom Anytime Extra

I just received my Telkom account and I see I am suddenly being charged for 2 months for Telkom Anytime Extra which I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE FOR. I only contracted for the line rental and unlimited home DSL 4mbps. Nobody answers on the 10213 number that I was referred to to "change" my contract. Their online chat facility does not work either.

This is plain sneaky and dishonest.
