Overcharged R798.00 on Feb Mobile WIFI promo for R149

<p>I signed a contract last month with Telkom for the above mentioned product and i did made it clear that i want a top-up. The sales guy (Thabiso @ Mall of Africa) that helped me, for some reasons did not capture my contract to be on profile and this is not my problem but the store problem. I logged a call with telkom for refund and they sent me a message saying it is my resposibility to manage my account, whereas i never requested for my account to continue billing. They did not even call to clarify the issue. I am so dissapointed in Telkom and i am not the only client with the same problem. Its barely end of April and i have a bill of R650.00 already. </p>
