Overcharged on Account

My name is Alicia Scott, with account number ********** 72. I am very upset to say the least with an account that was sent to me this morning. When I was contacted by Selldirect for this contract, I was told it will be R288 per month. I confirmed if it was the right amount. I spoke to Ritabile on 11/08/2017 to explain the package to me again, and was told that it will be activated after 3 working days . Upon which I was told about an extra R500 that I can use , I asked her to take it off / block it as I do not want any extra expenses . I have the device for about 3 weeks now and have received this ridiculous account of R1236.65 . I have not even used it for September . I also see that there are charged from the 1 August 2017 , but I received the phone 8 August 2017 and could only use it from the 15 August 2017 . Can someone re-look the account and billing as I was over charged . I would rather want to cancel the contract . This tells me that there is no Transparency about the deal / contract and half truth was told . I feel I was mislead with the information and cost of the product
