In 2013 I made a call to Telkom ( Call Centre ), and request an outdoor transfer of the existing landline from the Primrose area, Johannesburg, to the Sandton Area on tel ***, with a monthly payment of R 285,00, which included an ADSL line, with Weekender ( uncapped ). <br> <br> The situation was, the landline was with Telkom, and the ISP was Mweb.<br> <br> The outdoor transfer took place towards the end of August 2013, with a new tel no ***, and billing to the aforesaid tel no started on the 03-10-2013.<br> <br> In November 2013 Telkom, disconnected the voice portion of the ADSL line, with the result that we could not make any landline calls, that is the data portion of the aforesaid tel was operational. <br> <br> Billing included the landline rental, DSL and voice portion ( which I did not have ). the aforesaid monthly payment increased from R 285 to R 730 per month, excluding the ISP, which was with Mweb.<br> <br> All the aforesaid was escalated to Telkom, which up to now has not been address.<br> The following questions which Telkom refuse the answer<br> <br> 1. Who instructed them to change the current setting to new settings ( payment of R 285 to R 730 )<br> 2. Provide password of internet & email
