OVERCHARGED. NOTHING BUT LIES FROM THEM

OVERCHARGED!!! despite me contacting this internet provider on several occasions to discuss the incorrect amount on my statement, nothing was done to correct this. I find myself billed double the amount of my service plan. The consultants, when I was able to get through by phone, dont care to resolve anything. They acknowledge the bill is incorrect but do NOTHING TO CORRECT IT. Contacting this company is frustrating, it's clear their systems are no good and there is no empathy from their consultants. They seem happy to just lie to get you off the phone without resolving anything. I'm on a plan for 799 ZAR, but charged 1500 ZAR. HORRORBLE SERVICE
