OVERCHARGED MONTHLY ON A FIXED CONTRACT

My contract is CAPPED AT R329.00 with all calls, etc. CAPPED. Suddenly the last few months they decide to charge me over R400.00. Holding on for ages whilst some inefficient call centre agent tries to find out what is going on. Don't have time for this. PLEASE SORT IT OUT!!!
