Overcharged

signed a contract 449 now am surprised when I received bill for 800 something which I didn’t signed for.. The person who assisted me didn’t tell me about the spend limit on my contract and I don’t have that money … i can only afford to pay what we agreed to… please stop taking advantage of us. December i cancelled the contract when I do follow up is still not cancelled
