OVERCHARGED BUT HANDED OVER
I have been to Telkom to show them how they overcharged me, how I terminated my contract and they continued to bill me. My first query was in April 2015. Next thing Nudebt is calling me to say I have been handed over nad will be blacklisted. I advised them several times that Telkom has not attended to my query and I have written cancellation and my bills to show. They disregard this and continue to HARASS me with calls, threats on sms and email. Then they send sms lying about our discussions saying I said I will pay eg today. Telkom needs to offer service not harass its customers
