Overcharged bill/invoice

i had issues resulting in me not being able to pay end of march, then bill was added to aprils one, come month end april the debot went out for double the money, no stress, thats expected. now i get invoice for this month i ow tripple the money,why? i already paid what was in arrears, why didnt they update system and send the correct bill. I'm so mad really, get someone to fix this before i go ballistic please and send out the correct bill, if i get debited that amount, i will definitely sue the company for any extra charges I had incurred and also my bill has 202.07 for account subscription & once off charges, for the why? what's this amount for, please fix this *******
