Overcharged and haven't received data,airtime and smses yet

Horrible experience in my life, i purchased contract phone 3months ago we agreed that i will pay R329pm the phone comes with a package of 3MGfreeme on the 26/09/20 they deleted R617 instead of R329, i haven't received data,airtime, free min plus Smses today its 06/10/20, ive been calling i cant get hold of anyone and i went to the store several times i didn't ge help they told me that someone is going to call me they'll log a call until now, Somerset Mall
