Overcharged

I cancelled my contract with the required notice period. They took the debit order. I've asked for the funds back but now they require a statement from my bank even though they sent me a statement showing they took too much and need a refund. I had to contact them. I have sent the statement and had to pay for it at my bank. Please refund my money ***
