Overcharged

My contract has come to an end, they were suppose to change it to pre paid and they are falling to deliver, instead they are double debiting every month with a promise of resolving this issue, they are full of empty promises. No one ever calls me um the one who is always at their back. <br> <br> I wouldn't refer anyone to Telkom after this experience
