OVERCHARGED

having loved 8ita for the past 2 years I can honestly say I am extra disappointed. I got a quotation from Telkom of my contract balance in 2014 and paid up the balance but to my surprise just on the expiry month of my older contract I receive a debit order message. How and why no clear answer.<br> <br> If there was an amount owing why was I not notified through a statement or something? R366 is not a joke when not budgeted by a poor individual like me. I feel ****** and taken advantage of by my network.<br> <br>
