Overcharged

I have recieved my May bill that is so high at the amount of R1832 for that money. No i received s threatening SMS about suspensions and attorneys yet i tried to query the account on several occasions and no one can tell me why. Please look into this matter as i cannot afford to pay such an ugly amout. My June bill is also so high R1776. The numbers on question are *** and ***
