Overcharge unexplained and queried.

I upgraded my wifi subscription to uncapped sometime in Feb and ever since there is an unexplained charge of R350 on my bill.. Im supposed to only pay 849 for uncapped on *** but for the last 3 months its not correct.. i'd like this to be corrected ASAP. I have logged it with the call centre few times.. no resolution .. regards Lea-Anne
