Overcharge on monthly contract

<p>I initiated a Telkom mix plan in November 2015 & I am being overcharged each month since the inception of the contract. The contract amoutn is R408.00 p.m. however I am being charged R448.00. I have been to the Telkom store on numerous ocassions but I do not receive any feedback once the query is logged</p>
