Overcharge and useless internet.

I'm frustrated with Telkom and their ways how they love to shunt clients around. Firstly my 4G network with them is not to standard and then on my contract they over charge me. For 2 weeks in a month I must be without my Telkom. Come month end they want their full amount. Here is my case number with Telkom ***. Please sort my internet and my billing out now!!!!!!!!!
