Overcharge and Incorrect Billing Telkom !

I have called in Telkom to cancel my sim card contract and whenever they call they cut the call upon answering!

Charged me for a declination fee of R 200 and FNB charged me a declination Fee ?? I complained and no response ?

I paid extra and that money also disappeared nothing on my bill ?

I want to cancel my countract as I see a new subscription amount on my contract which I don't know what that amount is for ?
