Overbilling by Telkom

Telkom Account no ********** 34 Telkom billed me twice for laptop bundle I took out end of February. The laptop bundle is R530 per month. I was billed R1047.43 for March & February (February I did not even own the laptop till end of February). I called Telkom to query this and was told that they billed my for February and March even though I did not have the laptop in February. Telkom billed 01 Mar 2019 Invoice for February ********** 952 R 1,047.43. Please credit my account for the 1 month that you over billed.
