overbilling as well as unauthorised debit
They continue to change my debit order dates as well as they overcharge me every single month for no reason. I would like a refund for all the unauthorized debit orders as well as the over billing that continues to occur. Extremely terrible service and do not resolve the problem at all. They continue to ignore my requests or disputes.

I have continually tried contacting you to send me all the statements as I have not received any as well as you continue to debit without my consultation to how I would like to settle the amount.all the rejected debits are due to no one contacting me an arranging a payment.I refuse to pay for rejected debit orders which are not authorised by myself as well as I have asked for my contract numerous times an nobody has sent me anything as well as I haven't signed anything.I also asked for a cap on my account an that was not done either.
The poor service an overcharges are ridiculous an I would either prefer that you erase all the debit rejections as you have no authorisation as well as credit me for the errors on your side regarding my account that nobody seems to be able to sort out.
