Overbilling

Telkom always overcharging me. I called last month about this and was told that I joined whatever. I asked them to cancel for me,mind you,I only used router for less than 2 weeks as I didn't have coverage where I was. This month again,I'm charged the same amount as the one I complained about and telkom ain't planning to fix this at all. I'm sick and tired of these ****** mxm
