Overbilled and ***********

I have been constantly overbilled. Being charged for data on an uncapped ADSL contract and when I query and get a case number I am told it will be reversed and sorted out on the next bill only for the next bill to be worse! Terrible service, no follow up and completely ***********. I would not recommend Telkom to anyone.
