overbilled and dont ever responsd to clients

<p>telkom over charged after weeks requesting settlement mount still i have not received. i have a reference number from Busi ********** 4 still no call or anything from them. All they wan is deducting money from your account with any explaination. Just because the managment of telkom has no business sense they make customer to suffer. Imagin how many people are they fruading. All they want is to make profit by sucking dry their customers.
