Overbilled

I have a telkom mobile contract which I am normally billed the amount I signed up for last month I was billed r200 extra of my normal bill and I viewed on the telkom app if I signed up for any extra services for the month costing R200 and it was none. I am really furious at this and wish to be reimbered as it really set me back last month
