Overall service

<p>Call center keeps on placing me on hold and then dropping the line or adding back to the end of a que.</p> <p>I AM TIRED of wasting time to start a <strong>new service!</strong> DOES TELKOM WANT NEW BUSINESS?? </p> <p>Scenario1:</p> <p>I tried to buy a new device, it took me standing in a que for 2 HOURS at Cresta Shopping center. The device was faulty a weel later and I needed to stand in que for another 3HOURS to get to the fron and haveing to get a sim swop (minor issue, but the time wasted on sorting it out is ridiculous). This is not only the service that Cresta gives, I have heard a lot of friends complaining about other shops ex Cearwater mall branch too.</p> <p>Scenario 2:</p> <p>Tried to get a new line installed at our new home after moving in. it took us 3 months to get through to someone on the call center after waiting 45min+ each time callig and then giving up hope. after 5 months a line was installed.</p> <p>Scenario 3:</p> <p>The landline (after having it for only 3 months) got disconnected. it took hours on the phone to log the fault and then the case got closed the next day without in being fixed. A new case was logged and then waited 3 weeks for someone to come and fix, after it got miraculously fixed by itself one evening.</p> <p>Scenario 4:</p> <p>Tried to upgrade the LTE service we have with TelkomMobile, it took me 45mins to actually get it done, after being placed on hold and calls dropped over a series of 2 weeks. I give up after the calls drop 3 time and waiting more than 45 mins on a line.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE SORT OUT YOUR SERVICE!!!</p>
