Over promise and under deliver leads to pathetic service...

When you haven’t even activated your plan but already you receiving the worst service ever...I was told technicians were gona come install the adsl line Tuesday, never showed up! I called in and I was told on their system it’s scheduled for Friday...guess what?!? Never showed up either...just thinking if I should still carry on with them!!!! These are the red flags we always get warned about
