Over paid account by R 35000

Hi, my problem is that I made a huge mistake and paid Telkom R 35000 instead of putting the money on another account, i need that money to pay my bills and home loan and they tell me at there store in Fourways Crossing /Account department on the phone that they could not reverse the amount. that probably can give me a credit I do not need a credit i need my money, it was a mistake. Please telkom I really need your help.<br> <br> thanks
