over debiting my account

i took a wifi router on contract and it was on promotion, i was not supposed to pay more than R300 but Telkom is debiting R399 every month on my account, i took the wifi router on october and when they started debiting R399 i reversed the money now i owe more than 1000 in 3 months . What the hell
