OVER DEBITING!!!!
My 12 months free telkom mobile to telkom mobile calls expired, telkom offered me the same service for an additional R49 a month, which meant instead of paying R449.00 I would now be paying R500.00 a month. I have two contracts with them and after agreeing to the addition R49 they started debited me R600 one month then R780 the next and so on. They haven't helped to solve the problem and say they can't pay me back the extra money debited on both contracts. Worst customer service ever!!!
