Over debited my account and also suspended my account at the same time

Telkom over debited my account on the 31 of October 2025 and today on the 4th of November they suspended my account saying my debit order has not reflected. How long does a debit order take to reflect? So actually there’s no point in a debit order as it will risk your account being suspended cause they say their debit order takes 7 days to reflect but with other months they did not suspend my account even though they debited. I guess it depends on the month. So now I was over debited that has caused me financial constraints and at the same time my account is suspended I can’t use my data which I over paid now I have to use my own money to buy data so I’m able to work. Open a Telkom account at your own risk. They even send your accoubt to their collection because they struggle to allocate payments and when you call their debt collection company nudebt they lie and say they are not the ones who debited. Also how ethical is it for Telkom to give my debit order details to an external debt collector because the mandate I did was with Telkom not Nudebt but Nudebt is able to debit my account.
