Over credit

Telkom, how is this possible that my accounts are R5 million. Did I perhaps buy one of your shops that I don't know about? Then when I call, you say it's not your problem. Who reports these figures to our credit status? Definitely not myself. Apparently I am not the only victim. Sort out you problem please.
