over consumption of data

I am absolutely furious and appalled by how Telkom *****s our data. I have been monitoring the usage of my data on my mobile router and by merely chatting on WhatsApp I lost my data. This morning my sister called me crying as she had just loaded 250mb on her cellphone and she's only used WhatsApp and an hour later her airtime is gone. Her 5Gig of data goes from 0mb to 1Gig consumed in a day just by using Instagram only for a few minutes. If this is Telkom's scheme to cheat us off our data so we can buy more then this is theft.

Bring back our data!!!! :(
