OVER CHARGING/ DOUBLE PAYMENTS - WHO IS GETTING FREE PHONES/INTERNET???

<p>Its amazing that Telkom keeps on deducting double amounts of my account every single month, which doesn’t even reflect on my Telkom account. I have been paying double amounts since July and I went in to ask why this is happening and they advised me the first month is because of the first month you pay a double fee, but this has been going on now and this money needs to be refunded. I have one cell phone contract and one WiFi router on the account and have paid more than R6500.00 for this in the past few months and my account only reflects that R2436.61 has been paid. My Wifi Router is R199 per month and my phone R 636.17. I urgently need all the double payments to be refunded to me as well as an immediate stop in this double payments that is being made every month. FOR WHO AM I PAYING - NOT MY CONRTACTS I SIGNED!!!</p>
