Over charging and not delivering service - Blacklisted me without reason

<p>I signed up for uncapped Fibre service, was charged 2200 pm and was capped at 100gb every month and now I see they have blacklisted me! I canceled my service as they never gave me what I paid for but still expect me to pay!!!! DO NOT USE TELKOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
