Over Charged First time client

<p>Good day... I am at this stage really not sattisfied with my Telkom acount.. <br />I obtained my Telkom ADSL 2 MBps Uncapped deal over the tellephone after my Sister got Telkom and refferred me to telkom.. Currently I am totally over-charged by telkom to what my account should be, to me was said over the tellephone that my account would be R500 and something a month.. which is fine including the landline rent.. And the R700 deposit I had to pay in one thing is though..</p> <p>End December I went to the Telkom Store to pay.. they said that there is no account payment to be done yet only end of January.. so Fine I put that money aside.. now if my Account was R560 per month then for December 2016 and January 2017 I would Pay 1120 end January.. Not the case...</p> <p>I was Charged R2600... R2600 for freakin what?!!! So I went to the store again and logged a Dispute! The Clerk Daniel told me the desputes was logged and they would get back to me within 7 days... no one phoned me or mailed me... Now... my account is at R2301.44...</p> <p>I am not going to pay this as this is overcharging...( I could go and get myself Fibre from Vox Tellecom for that amount.</p> <p>My Sister who has the same ADSL as I have.. her first payment was R1150.. seen her account with my own eyes!!!! so Telkom please correct this as my ADSL account is not correct... or I would have to Cancel my package and move on... I approached you because I had an issue with my previuos ISP and now your day and night talk is not the same.. </p>
