over charged- bad service

i have contract with telkom when i took out a contract in december 2018 they said i will pay R399 per month. when i check historical statement i have been over charged. i spoke to a call center consltant and she stated that i subscribe on the 14th of jan 2020 for Add On Internet bundle and Recurring Monthly Social Bundle of which i didnt subscribe for. . i am enough with telkom and i have decided to cancell the contract and look for a better one with a better service. i have been paying almost double my installment for over 6 months . imagine paying for something that you dont know off. can i get my money back please .
