Over charged

Morning

My problem is with telkom they have been over debating me for 4 or 5 months now and I tried to call them but no one is answering and I emailed still no answer, I also smsed them no response and decided to go to telkom so lodge a complain they said they can't help me but will log in a complain with their head office for me and they will call me back even now no one has called me and this is even not the first time I complained about being over charged as they did fix it but it lasted only for a few months.
