Over Charged and *********** Call Center personel
I have app**** for the 5 Gig promotion for R 99.00 but in the first month I have not been given the 5 gigs data. Now I have been over charged for the past month due to data being pro-rated. Call center was as useful as an ice cream in the arctic and had an extremely arrogant attitude with no helpful attitude. Even failed to produce a ref number to the call...apparently it cannot be given
