Over charged again 3 months in a row

Telkom says i owe them R2500 as i dont have funds in my account my bill a month is R1450 rand that is debited the first of every month. I would just like to know where the hell they get this from and take my name off the black list because they cant fix their own. Telkom yiu are a bunch of C U N T S
