Good day

On the 31st May 2017 debit order was rejected or bounce on my bank for Telkom debit, debit amount was R200.00. Strange enough Telkom is charging me R200.94 extra saying it's penalty now I must pay R400.94. How on earth do you get penalised double the amount of your debit for none paying? For that matter why Telkom if the us such on contract don't make consumers aware of such penalties? I feel like Telkom is over charging consumers when it comes to penalties and for that matter is not open to their consumers for such. If you didn't managed to pay 200 how will you managed to pay 400.94 within 48hours? This is ridiculous I must say.
