Over Charged
<p>i upgraded my line to a 10mbps uncaped. the agent that visited me at work advised that i can get a new ROUTER free. on my latest statement Telkom charged me R876 for the Router. The lady that i dealt with at the Telkom store in Rosebank also advised that the Router was free. why am i being charged now? to top this of on your website you have the 10 mbps uncaped for R425 but you are charging me R503 why is this so?</p>
