over charged

<p>telkom billed me R876 for service fees that i am unware of. service fees that was not Disclosed to me or ever charged on my bill before. Last month i visited the store in Rosebank to query my bill as i did not receive it via email as usual. Today when i opened my statement it states that i am being charged a total of R2,319.85.</p> <p>when i visited the store i was advised that my bill would be around a R1000 a month as i have the 10 mbps uncapped line and the lady that visited me at my office in Fourways advised that if a move over to the 10mbps uncaped line with my closer option2 it will be R800 pm.
