over charged

i ahave a few numbers and i am being over charged on each one, my lte account ********** 530 is supposed to be R899 per months this month of april i was charged R1391.97 please advise why i see they charged me for March 1 to 31 March and in april from 14 to 31 March as well as 1 to 30 April that is alot extra, ********** 725 is supposed R399 no extra charges besided insurance. ********** 672 must be R399 with insurance i got charged R697.83 also being charged for 14 to 31 March when i paid prorata lat month already now they charged me prorate in april again

please see other numbers as well and explain my bill for Jan feb march and april per number so that i can understand what use deducted when and why, i cannot afford to pay R2500 per month my account should not be that high there is a confustion somewhere and i would like to know where it comes from from the beginging of my accounts till end april i understand prorata fro the first month but not each month the stored cannot assist and the call center keeps cutting me off after a long wait to get through the service is really bad if this is the case then i want to close all accounts with you guys, so hello peter as the stored **** about enquiry email address call center keeps cutting calls and walk in centers are useless for service delivery
