over charged
good day.
i received my June telkom statement for an amount of R 1316.15 , due for July. i have been paying my bill every month for amounts stated. i have no idea where and how do i get billed so much as my account was never in areas. every month was paid in full. i do not understand how am i billed to this amount. i will not pay this amount stated by telkom as i am being **********. please get this amount correct. this is totally unacceptable , i cannot be billed for poor service .

17 Jul 2018, 22:22Mr Yazied Sir, i tried many a times to call the billing department during my lunch break and it takes up 45 mins of my time to get thru which never happens. i received my statement for July, it seems clearly that you guys want me to pay double for the package i signed up for.
i did apply for the package in February and was making payment on statements sent to me. if the package was activated in May, why am i being asked to pay from February for the entire package which was only activated in May?? would you like to pay double for a service that hardly delivers? kindly get this issue resolved a.s.a.p or i will look at contacting the Ombudsman regarding this matter. unhappy
